Apprenticeships
An apprenticeship is just the start of your career with Breyer Group. You’ll learn ‘on the job training’, gain valuable work experience and you’ll get paid for it whilst in no Student Debt! You’ll be a full-time employee of Breyer Group with a contract of employment, benefits and annual leave.
By the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll have the right skills and knowledge to succeed, an industry recognised qualification, and be on the pathway to a successful career with Breyer Group.
Apprenticeship Process
Due to our highly recommended Pre-Apprenticeship programmes, which has also helped many of whom communities we have worked in, which has been designed to reduce unemployment and give training to the public. We decided to use this to increase our Apprenticeships/Training. By doing so, we have found some amazing staff members who may never have had an opportunity to work within our industry. Those who have transferrable skills, unemployed, T-Level students or just work experience have been given the opportunity to develop by putting them in touch with local colleges to get the training they need.
Most of our Apprenticeships start on Pre-Apprenticeship programmes and those who have been recognised for their hard work are offered paid work placements whilst they are studying. Once they have completed the course they need to, they will be offered a full-time apprenticeship at entry to mid-level vacancies depending on their previous training. Once the Apprenticeships have ended, they will start full-time permanent employment with Breyer Group, which for most is mid to high level jobs.
We pride ourselves on giving all our staff the opportunity to complete training through the apprenticeship scheme which will allow them to take the time off work they need to study.

Apprenticeship Process
Breyer Group offers CITB accredited trade and management apprenticeships as well as options for our Office based staff. All our apprenticeships start from Level 2 through to Level 7 so that there is no barrier to joining our business. We can offer any apprenticeships which are specific to your job role or have relevance to the industry.
